DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑374‑0 (5)‑‑2M‑21,
between Clay County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that
portion of Iowa 374 from a junction of US 71 near the N ¼ Corner Section 24‑T94N‑R37W
easterly to the west corporation line of the City of Webb to county
jurisdiction on August 7, 1980.
Transfer

between Clay County and the Iowa Department of Transportation and the State
Functional Classification Review Board hearing on July 21, 1980 between the
Iowa Department of Transportation (transferring jurisdiction) and the City of
Webb (receiving jurisdiction), transferred that portion of Iowa 374 from the
west corporation line of the City of Webb easterly along the north corporation
line of the City of Webb to a point near the NE Corner Section 19‑T94N‑R35W
to local jurisdiction on August 7, 1980.
The
State Functional Classification Review Board hearing on July 21, 1980 between the
Iowa Department of Transportation (transferring jurisdiction) and the City of
Webb (receiving jurisdiction), transferred that portion of Iowa 374 from the
north corporation line of the City of Webb near the NE Corner Section 19‑T94N‑R35W
southerly and easterly to Railway Street to city jurisdiction on July 1, 1980.

RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of
